Lemon Dill Salmon

This is my favourite way to make salmon. It's super easy with just a few ingredients.


2, 6 oz salmon portions

1/2 a lemon

Olive oil

Fresh dill

Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet or use an oven safe skillet. Coat with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.

  3. Place salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and squeeze the lemon juice over top.

  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh dill leaves.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
