I love having some type of a smoothie before or after I do a workout, or for a quick breakfast. Tropical fruits like mango are my favourite, especially frozen so it makes a slushy.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water or coconut milk
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 serving of protein powder
Optional - 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup (vegan option) If your protein is sweetened you may not need this
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
