Program Description
The Thyroid Reset Program is a group program hosted on Facebook (so you will need to have access to Facebook to participate). This program is a total reset focusing on nutrition, fitness, and other lifestyle factors to improve thyroid health and the many symptoms of a sluggish thyroid, eg. weight gain, low energy, brain fog, muscle loss, bowel irregularity, skin issues, dry or thinning hair, insomnia, low mood, PMS and irregular periods. Although the program is designed with thyroid health in mind, you do not need to have a thyroid issue to participate. Within the group you will be provided with dietary, hydration, sleep, and physical activity guidelines, as well as the 28-Day Thyroid Reset Meal Plan, and workout videos that will provide options for people at all levels of fitness and with or without equipment. Additionally, you will have Christine's ongoing support as she answers questions in the group Monday-Friday and checks in with a weekly live. When You Sign-up: 1. You will receive an email shortly after you register with a link to join the Facebook group (Check your spam folder if you don't see it). 2. Follow the link and request to join the group. 3. By the start date of the program, and once your registration has been confirmed, your request to join the group will be accepted. 4. You can now access the group and the content. The first week is an extra week to view the content and get organized. The following Monday will mark day one of the reset. Quick Facts: -There are no required supplements or special foods on this program. -The dietary guidelines and meal plan are balanced and not based on any fad diets, low carb, or low fat. -You can focus on any parts of the program you like, and although recommended for best results, you do not need to follow the meal or workout to do this program. Christine will meet you where you're at.
