As a nutritionist specializing in hormonal health and autoimmunity, my work is deeply rooted in science, research, and data-driven strategies. My education in both conventional and holistic nutrition provides me with a strong foundation in understanding how the body functions on a biochemical level.
But wellness isn’t just about macronutrients, lab tests, and protocols—it’s also about the energy we carry, the emotions we hold, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
In my personal journey, I’ve found that embracing both science and spirituality creates a more complete picture of health. While my clinical recommendations are evidence-based, I also explore energy healing, vibrational medicine, and intuitive wellness practices to create a truly holistic approach.
Exploring Energy Healing: Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Healing
Energy healing is a practice found across many cultures and traditions, used for centuries to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Some of the modalities I’ve explored and integrated into my life include:
Reiki – A Japanese practice that channels universal energy to promote relaxation and healing. Research suggests it can help reduce anxiety, depression, and pain.
Crystal Healing – Using crystals aligned with the body's energy centers (chakras) to restore balance. While research on crystals is limited, the power of intention can play a meaningful role in healing.
Sound Healing – Instruments like singing bowls and tuning forks produce frequencies that influence brainwave activity, stress levels, and emotional states.
Acupuncture & Acupressure – Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, these methods stimulate the body's meridians to support pain relief, hormonal balance, and energy flow.
Saging (Smudging) – A ritual of burning sage to clear stagnant energy, rooted in indigenous traditions. Studies suggest it may help reduce airborne bacteria and support mood.
While some may dismiss these practices as "woo-woo," scientific studies increasingly support the mind-body connection. Meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy have measurable effects on nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and emotional balance.
The Science of Vibration & Energy
One of the most fascinating concepts I’ve encountered is the idea that everything vibrates at a specific frequency.
High vibrations – Love, gratitude, joy, peace, compassion.
Low vibrations – Fear, anger, resentment, stress, negativity.
Certain practices can raise our vibration and support overall well-being:
Healthy eating – Whole, nutrient-dense foods support cellular function and gut health.
Exercise & movement – Physical activity increases endorphins and circulation, lifting energy levels.
Meditation & breathwork – Scientifically shown to reduce cortisol and enhance mental clarity.
Positive thinking & gratitude – Mindset shifts can rewire neural pathways toward resilience and peace.
Connection with nature – Walking barefoot (grounding), sunlight exposure, and being in green spaces are proven to reduce inflammation and stress hormones.
At the same time, certain habits lower our vibration:
Poor diet – Processed foods and excess sugar can contribute to inflammation, mood swings, and sluggishness.
Negative self-talk – Constantly criticizing yourself creates stress responses that impact hormones.
Toxic relationships – Energy-draining connections can contribute to emotional exhaustion.
Even though raising your vibration might sound like a spiritual concept, the science behind these habits supports their impact on mental, emotional, and physical health.
Blending Science and Spirituality in Wellness
Through my own journey—both as a practitioner and as someone deeply committed to personal growth—I’ve learned that true healing happens when we embrace both the tangible and the intangible.
Science gives us data, research, and structured healing protocols. Spirituality reminds us to trust our intuition, embrace the unseen, and listen to the wisdom of the body.
No matter your belief system—whether you resonate with evidence-based nutrition, energy medicine, or a mix of both—the ultimate goal is the same:
Final Thoughts: Love is the Highest Frequency
At the core of both science and spirituality is one universal truth: Love is the highest vibration we can embody.
Whether you call it God, Source, the Universe, or simply the energy of human kindness, the principle remains the same:
Prioritize self-love.
Share compassion with others.
Create space for healing in whatever way resonates with you.
As I continue my work bridging evidence-based nutrition with energy healing, my goal is to support you in finding what works uniquely for you.

Love and light 🤍☀️
