This is a very healthy and easy pudding recipe using just four ingredients and no sugars or sweeteners. It is great as a dessert or snack. I also mix it with protein powder for a post workout snack. It is gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo friendly, and vegan.
Ingredients:
2 very ripe, spotty bananas
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp cocoa powder, or more to taste
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well combined and smooth.
2. Transfer to a storage container with lid and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
