Fudgy Brownies

These brownies are gluten-free, grain-free and suitable for those who are intolerant to dairy.


1 cup ghee, melted

1 cup whole brown sugar

3/4 cup golden cane sugar

4 eggs

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup tapioca starch

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder


  1. Line a 13x9 inch glass or metal baking pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 325 degrees for a glass pan or 350 degrees for a metal pan.

  2. In a bowl whisk together the ghee, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in the cocoa, flours, salt, and baking powder.

  3. Spread batter into prepared pan.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting.
