A rich hot cocoa that is dairy free and vegan.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1. In a pot bring the almond milk to a boil. Turn down to simmer and add all ingredients. Whisk until the cocoa powder has dissolved or transfer to a blender to combine.
2. Reheat if needed and serve.
