Easy Pizza Crust

This pizza crust is grain free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, Paleo friendly, and vegan. I add all my favourite toppings and serve it with chicken caesar salad for a complete meal (check out my dairy-free caesar salad dressing here). I also make garlic bread with this recipe by topping it with a thin spread of ghee, a sprinkle of garlic powder, salt, and some dairy-free cheese shreds.

Ingredients:

1 cup tapioca flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup olive oil

Optional - 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl combine the tapioca flour, almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and seasonings.

  3. Pour in the water and olive oil and mix well to form a dough.

  4. Use your hands to form the dough into a round ball.

  5. Place on a large sheet of parchment paper over a hard flat service and use your hands to start pressing the dough to form a pizza crust. I use a second sheet of parchment paper on top to prevent the dough from sticking to my hands. You can also use a rolling pin over the parchment paper.

  6. Once you have formed your crust place it on a baking sheet (with the parchment paper still underneath) and bake for 10 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven, cover with your favourite toppings and place back in the oven. I usually switch my oven to broil to cook the toppings.
